Saucony Triumph 20 (Women's)
Who should buy the Saucony Triumph 20
The 20th version of the Saucony Triumph is a running shoe that's perfect for runners who:
- want a plush long-distance shoe
- need a recovery running shoe
- are looking for a durable daily trainer (can go beyond 400 miles)
- want a lighter version of the Triumph 19
Triumph 20 vs. 19
The general design idea behind the Saucony Triumph 20 is to create a more cushioned yet lighter version of the Triumph 19. And to attain this, Saucony made these changes:
More cushion
Departing from an 8mm drop (heel stack: 32.5mm; forefoot stack: 24.5mm), the Saucony Triumph 20 now has a 10mm drop (heel stack: 37mm; forefoot stack: 27mm).
This update implies better comfort and responsiveness for that fun, forgiving ride.
Less weight
Although more cushioned, the Triumph 20 goes on a diet. It trims down weight to 9.7 oz (US M 9) from 10.2 oz.
Better lockdown
To keep the laces tied and locked in position, the eyelets are reinforced.
Stack Height: 27mm (Toe). 37mm (Heel)
Weight: 8.6 oz
